Milled cavity, 29mm depth, 116mm diameter

Bitumen adhesive heated to approximately 190 degrees is used to line the base of the cavity.

The Reflectolite is placed in the cavity and the LED aligned to provide drivers with the optimum viewing distance.

Any remaining void around the circumference of the stud is topped up with bitumen.
